MOVIN' ON Hope Island Australia
Well we decided on a new name to give us new directions. After all the hassles a name change for our Trawler was required, Movin On was the winner.

leaving Sat. We hoped to stay in Savannah but there was a seafood festival on so were forced to stay a further 10miles north in a Motel 6 & have MacDonald's for dinner - a cheap day. We were booked into the Norfolk Sheraton Waterside for the 4 days - great spot for viewing all the naval shipyards, museums and busy waterfront but the hotel is no where near the standard of Sheratons in Australia (not that we are regulars there). No fridge or wine glasses for the beer & wine (even Motel 6 had one), no soap, stingy with teas etc. Parking is offered adjacent to the hotel for $24@ day not under cover and $12 a day under cover but a block away - guess what we chose.
However the city is interesting , great eating places nearby and the conference has been friendly & informative. We have been enlightened to the extent that we may change some of our plans to take in what we have learnt e.g. route changes, more low bridges than expected so may have to secure mast in a lowered position for travelling.
