ReplyDeleteRecently went to Seminar on investing in US Real Estate could be promising but think window closed as have to take a >25% bath on $A vs $US But there are still some positive cash flow opportunities(in US$) but a lot of people take slice of the pie Think Trading better less paper work. But might be worth a look for Property Tycoons like your good self's Love Joel & Nudy
