Cape Coral to Everglades City..

Saw lots of Ospreys Nesting
Not bothered by passing traffic
at all.
This was Thursday, told that it gets busy on weekends
Near Naples (USA)

No Wake Zone, this guy in
Renta Pontoon with all the
family, cut in front so close
I had to swerve and close the throttle on
my boat to avoid hitting him.
They forget about anything behind.
Keeps things interesting.
The Old boat shed at Little Marco Island

Riverside Condos at Goodland, we took the old
ICW route inland rather than going around
the Oceanside, good depth and a lot more interesting

The Thousand Islands, or some
of them anyway, it is surprisingly
easy Navigation, well marked and plenty of water. This was the way in to Everglades
City.
Poor old Rusty Chev, Must be the most
Photographed though.

Movin On from the Rod and Gun
Club Deck.

The Old Everglades City Bank
Now a Bed and Breakfast
City Hall, very grand for a town of 400

The homes were all in very good
condition, well cared for with
lovely gardens.
Typical Street

The Stone Crab season ended 1 April
so we didn't have to dodge Crab Markers
on the way down the coast.
